- Arrive at your scheduled check-in time
- Ages 6+ only
- Passengers under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
- Requires standing unassisted for at least 1 hour and climbing into and out of the basket with minimal assistance
- Pregnancy is not permitted
- Alcohol or drug impairment is not permitted
- Complete a waiver before your flight
- Flights are weather-dependent and may be canceled within 2 hours of meeting time
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or changes are permitted at least 48 hours before meeting time. Cancellations within 24 hours may forfeit the deposit or equivalent pre-charge. No-shows, including late arrivals that miss the flight, owe the full fare.
