Ride the Pikes Peak Highway to the 14,115-foot summit on a guided tour built for easy sightseeing and photo stops. Choose a public or private option and take in wide mountain views from the top.
Route and timing may change due to severe weather, traffic, or other conditions. Travel is discouraged for infants under 12 months and for anyone with a history of cardiac or respiratory issues. Altitude sickness (lightheaded or dizzy) is probable.
Reservations are non-refundable within 48 hours of departure for standard bookings, and 7 days for private groups.
Dress in layers. Plan for temperatures about 20–40 degrees cooler at the summit, with strong wind and cold, so bring a jacket or sweater and other warming layers. Recommended gear includes extra water and snacks, a hat or beanie, sunglasses, a camera, and closed-toe shoes and socks for walking or hiking.
