- A 42-inch minimum height is required for passengers
- Ages 18+ with a valid driver’s license are required to rent or drive an ATV
- Minor passengers require a renter/driver age 25+
- Complete one liability waiver per machine and watch the required off-road safety video
- A $1,500 authorized damage deposit is required for every machine and collected upon arrival by credit or debit card
- A mandatory gas charge applies based on rental duration and is not included in the listed price
- An 8.5% equipment use and maintenance fee and a 3% Utah State Bureau of Land Management fee apply in addition to the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 3 or more days in advance are fully refundable. Cancellations made 1–2 days in advance are 75% refundable. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

FAQs
Plan for a mandatory gas charge (based on the duration of your rental) and a damage deposit with every machine. You’ll also leave a $1,500 authorized damage deposit per machine on arrival by credit or debit card only. Tips are not included.
Dress for the season and avoid wearing your favorite clothing items. Knee-length shorts and T-shirts are commonly used in summer unless you want extra protection. Avoid short shorts, tank tops, and jeans.
Wear lightweight hiking or approach shoes. Trail running shoes and street running shoes also work.
