Know before you go
- Meet at the Mandalay Bay property front entrance, lower level, 15 minutes before departure
- Bring a valid photo ID
- Wear closed-toe shoes; long pants are recommended
- Riders must be at least 16 and accompanied by an adult age 18 or older
- Participants must be able to operate the buggy controls and complete a practice lap to continue on tour
- This tour is not recommended for travelers who are pregnant or have back, heart, or other serious medical conditions
- You are responsible for damage fees incurred during your reservation; clarify potential amounts with Greetwell before booking
Cancellation Policy
All sales are final, with no refunds. If you cannot join, you may reschedule by calling within 24 hours before the tour start time. A $50 rescheduling fee applies.
