- Leave red wine and glass beer bottles ashore; wine and champagne are permitted

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 5 days before departure for a full refund of charter fees. Within 5 days, charter fees are non-refundable. If the captain cancels for unsafe weather, rescheduling is attempted; if not possible, charter fees are refunded. If the vessel becomes unavailable, rescheduling is attempted; if not possible, a full refund is issued.

As the primary charterer, complete the charter agreement and select and engage a U.S. Coast Guard-licensed captain. Every adult must complete a waiver before boarding; parents or guardians complete waivers for minors.
You may engage your own qualified captain, subject to vessel-owner approval and insurance requirements, or select from an informational roster of independent, insurance-approved captains.
Gratuity is not included in the listed price. It is customary but discretionary; 15–20% of the charter price is typical and is settled directly with your independently selected captain and any crew at the end of the charter.
