Ages 4–6 access the Keiki Course only with full supervision from a parent or adult age 18+
Ages 7–9 access the Aloha Course only with a parent or adult age 18+ on the course
Ages 10–17 access the Aloha Course only with parent supervision on the property
Ages 18+ access the Aloha Course unless supervising a child ages 4–6 on the Keiki Course
One adult age 18+ is required for every four children under age 10
Wear a provided life jacket or bring an approved USCG Type II personal flotation device for dock-staff inspection
Leave Puddle Jumpers, hats, sunglasses, and mobile devices off the lagoon
Leave outside food, drinks, coolers, tents, chairs, alcohol, and smoking items off the property

Cancel at least 48 hours before start for a refund less a $5 administrative fee. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows forfeit the amount paid. If unsafe weather cancels the activity, you can reschedule or receive a refund.
