Children 6 and under must wear an appropriately fitted life jacket while the boat is in motion; life jackets are not provided. Some guests with mobility issues may have difficulty stepping on or off the boat due to tide changes or using a ladder, and there is no refund for mobility issues. Capacity is limited to six passengers total.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours prior to arrival time for a full refund. No refund if you cancel within 24 hours or if you no-show. If the captain determines weather is unfavorable due to lightning, heavy rain, or high winds, the trip may be rescheduled or you get a full refund if unable to reschedule. No refund/partial refund for early returns once the boat departs.
