No strap bags are allowed on board, including backpacks and purses. Comfort seating is for guests over 229 lbs; Comfort Plus is for those 270 lbs and up. Each flight requires a minimum of 2 seats sold to fly.
Cancellation Policy
Rebookings are subject to a rescheduling fee per seat and may be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the flight. No-shows or arrivals more than 15 minutes late for check-in are billed the full price. If the operator cannot perform the flight, staff will work with you to rebook at no charge.
