Important details
- Ages 12+ only
- Maximum rider weight: 230 lbs, strictly enforced. You may be weighed on arrival.
- Requires safely mounting, dismounting, staying balanced, controlling the horse, and following the guide’s instructions. Participation is subject to the guide’s safety assessment.
- Not suitable during pregnancy. Not recommended if you have serious back, neck, balance, or mobility conditions.
- Bring a valid photo ID matching the reservation and payment method used for booking. You may also need to present that payment method at check-in.
- Wear long pants and closed-toe shoes. Swimsuits, loose clothing, and unsafe clothing are not allowed.
- Complete all required waivers before arrival; cell service may be limited. Each adult must complete their own waiver. Minors must be included under a parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult.
- Riders under 18 must wear a helmet throughout the activity.
- Follow the guide’s safety instructions. Keep phones, selfie sticks, and handheld recording devices put away while horses are moving.
- Participation may be denied if you appear impaired by alcohol or other substances, or behave aggressively or unsafely.
- Arrange round-trip transportation in advance. Do not rely on Uber or rideshare pickup from this location.
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations at least 24 hours before departure. Within 24 hours, same-day bookings, no-shows, late arrivals, unmet requirements, or choosing not to ride or to stop early are non-refundable. No-shows and late arrivals cannot be rescheduled. Tours may run in rain. If the operator cancels for unsafe weather or operational reasons, you may receive a refund or reschedule.
