- Check in 15–30 minutes before the Hummer tour and 30 minutes before the airplane tour
- All airplane passengers are weighed at check-in; passengers over 299 lbs are charged $50–$300 for an additional comfort seat, not included in the listed price
- A $75 Hummer comfort-seat fee applies if a second seat is required, determined at check-in and not included in the listed price
- Children ages 0–4 require a car seat and ages 5–7 require a booster seat on the Hummer; seats are provided
- Bring only one small purse or backpack for the Hummer; purses and backpacks are not allowed on the airplane
- Requires a companion for anyone needing boarding assistance with the Hummer or aircraft
- Expect tour changes or cancellation in severe weather or when roads are closed
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or change without penalty up to 72 hours before departure, subject to availability. Cancellations within 72 hours are nonrefundable. No-shows, including late arrivals, are charged in full.

You can get complimentary pickup for the Hummer portion in Tusayan and inside the park (availability can vary by tour time in busy seasons). Pickup is not available for the airplane tour, so plan to get yourself to the air terminal.
