- Weight limits: 275 lbs for a single kayak and 450 lbs combined for a tandem kayak.
- If you're a student, bring your school ID.
- Arrive at your scheduled start time for check-in. The first 30 minutes are for check-in, and the guided paddle begins shortly after everyone is checked in.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows incur the full fee. Rescheduling is free, subject to availability. In inclement weather, the operator may reschedule or cancel without penalty. Refunds are processed within 7–15 business days.
