Cancellation Policy
Non-refundable and non-transferable. If the operator cannot fully perform due to circumstances beyond its control or seasonal operations and rescheduling within six months is not possible, all amounts paid will be refunded.

If the vessel cannot leave the dock or must return early but food and beverages can still be provided, the charter is considered completed. Otherwise, a replacement charter may be rescheduled within six months or refunded if rescheduling is not possible.
