• Rental eligibility: ages 18+, or ages 16–17 with a parent or legal guardian's authorization
• Requires independent bicycle operation and the ability to perform a bicycle safety inspection before each use
• Park admission is $2, paid separately at the park and not included in the listed price
• You are responsible for equipment damage, theft or loss, regardless of fault. Repair charges are due when you return the equipment; replacement, loss-of-use, administrative and recovery charges may also apply. These charges are not included in the listed price
• Additional charges may apply for returning equipment at a different time, date or location than agreed. These charges are not included in the listed price
• A liability waiver applies to everyone in your party. It includes assuming cycling risks, releasing the operator from liability, including for negligence, and accepting responsibility for related claims and costs. Your own insurance is primary; costs not covered by insurance remain your responsibility
• Keep the bicycle within Bay County. Stay on paved roads and designated trails; do not ride through dirt or water, or where cycling is prohibited
• Follow Florida road safety laws. Night riding requires appropriate front and rear bicycle lights. Riders under 16 must wear a helmet
• Inspect tire pressure, wheels, brakes, chain, lights, attached parts and the frame before each ride. Do not ride a bicycle with damage or a mechanical problem, and do not attempt repairs
• Do not carry passengers, tow people or objects, or attach child seats, trailers or other accessories. Do not modify the bicycle
• Basket weight limit: 5 lbs. Keep contents clear of your view and riding controls; the basket is not a child seat or animal carrier
• Do not use the bicycle for racing, commercial purposes or illegal activities, or ride under the influence of alcohol or controlled substances
• Report crashes, damage, loss, injury, vandalism or theft to the police within 24 hours
• Return the bike by 8:30 PM. Secure it to a bike dock or rack by locking through the frame and rack arm, then scrambling the lock combination. You remain responsible for an unsecured bike, and usage charges continue until it is secured
