Cancellation Policy
Payment in full at booking, including a 10% nonrefundable deposit. Wildlife programs run rain or shine. If you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, no refund. If you rebook at your request, you pay a 5% administration fee plus the 10% nonrefundable deposit.
