Cancellation Policy
Cancel 30+ days before departure for a full refund minus applicable processing and administrative fees. Cancel 29–7 days before and your deposit is forfeited. No refunds within 7 days or for no-shows. If weather, safety, or operational conditions cancel the charter, choose a future date or receive a full refund. Arrivals over 15 minutes late may shorten the charter without refund.
