- This is a bareboat charter; the primary charterer assumes temporary possession and control of the vessel
- A USCG-licensed captain is required and separately engaged by the primary charterer
- Each adult must complete a waiver before boarding; a parent or guardian completes waivers for minors
- Fuel charges are not included and are based on actual usage
- Crew gratuity is not included; 15–20% of the charter price is customary and paid directly to the captain and crew
- Bring no red wine or glass beer bottles; wine and champagne are permitted
- Use lotion sunscreen only; sprays, oils, bronzers, and shimmer products are not permitted
- Wear bare feet or clean socks aboard

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 5 days before departure for a full refund of charter fees paid to the vessel owner. Within 5 days, charter fees are non-refundable. If the captain cancels for unsafe weather, rescheduling is attempted first; if unavailable, charter fees paid to the vessel owner are refunded.
