- This is a bareboat charter: the primary charterer assumes possession and control of the vessel
- A US Coast Guard-licensed captain, independently engaged by the primary charterer, is required
- All adult passengers must complete a waiver before boarding; a parent or guardian completes waivers for minors
- Additional charges not included in the listed price include captain and crew services: $440 for 4 hours or $370 for 3 hours
- Fuel is charged separately based on actual use; estimates are $200 for 4 hours and $150 for 3 hours
- A temporary fuel surcharge applies separately: $75 for 4 hours or $56.25 for 3 hours
- Gratuity for the independently selected captain and crew is customary and discretionary; 15–20% of the charter price is typical
- Bring no red wine or glass beer bottles; wine and champagne are permitted
- Use lotion sunscreen only; sprays, oils, bronzers, and shimmer products are not permitted
- Go barefoot or wear clean socks aboard

Cancellation Policy
Full refund of charter fees when you cancel more than 5 days before departure. Within 5 days, charter fees are non-refundable. If the captain cancels for unsafe weather, rescheduling is attempted; if that is not mutually possible, charter fees paid to the vessel owner are refunded. If the vessel is unavailable and rescheduling is not possible, charter fees are fully refunded.
FAQs
The primary charterer assumes possession and control of Peace and independently selects and engages a US Coast Guard-licensed captain and any crew. You may use your own qualified captain, subject to vessel-owner approval and insurance requirements.
Catering, beverage provisioning, celebration décor, photography, and video may be arranged in advance. Premium water toys, including Seabobs, eFoils, and Flites, may be arranged through third-party providers.
Peace has three staterooms, two full bathrooms, enclosed showers, a fully equipped galley, and indoor climate-controlled salon space.
