Cancellation Policy
Full refund when you cancel more than 5 days before departure. Within 5 days, charter fees are non-refundable. If the captain cancels for unsafe weather, rescheduling is attempted first; if not possible, charter fees paid to the vessel owner are refunded. If the vessel is unavailable, rescheduling is attempted first; if not possible, a full refund is issued.

A qualified, United States Coast Guard-licensed captain is required. The Primary Charterer independently selects a captain from an informational roster of insurance-approved captains or engages another qualified captain, subject to vessel-owner approval and insurance requirements.
