Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 5 days before departure for a full refund of charter fees paid. Within 5 days, charter fees are non-refundable. If the captain cancels for unsafe weather, rescheduling is attempted first; if that is not possible, charter fees paid to the vessel owner are refunded. Full refund if the vessel is unavailable and rescheduling is not possible.

The primary charterer assumes temporary possession and control of Giddy Up and must independently select and engage a qualified, U.S. Coast Guard-licensed captain. Captain services are contracted separately.
