- The primary charterer assumes temporary possession and control of the vessel during the bareboat charter
- All adult passengers need a waiver before boarding; a parent or guardian completes waivers for minors
- Fuel is not included and is charged separately based on actual usage
- Crew gratuity is not included; it is discretionary, with 15–20% of the charter price typical
- Bring food and beverages if desired; red wine and glass beer bottles are not allowed
- Use lotion sunscreen only; spray sunscreen, oils, bronzers, and shimmer products are not allowed
- Wear bare feet or clean socks only onboard

Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation more than 5 days before departure. Within 5 days, charter fees are non-refundable. If the captain cancels for unsafe weather, rescheduling is attempted; if not mutually possible, charter fees paid to the vessel owner are refunded. If the vessel is unavailable, rescheduling is attempted; if not possible, charter fees paid are fully refunded.
