- This is a bareboat charter; the primary charterer assumes possession and control of the vessel
- A USCG-licensed captain is required and captain and crew services are arranged separately from the listed price
- Fuel is not included in the listed price and is charged based on actual usage
- Gratuity is not included; 15–20% of the charter price is customary and discretionary
- All adults must complete a waiver before boarding; a parent or guardian completes waivers for minors
- Bring lotion sunscreen only; sprays, oils, bronzers, and shimmer products are not permitted
- Wear bare feet or clean socks only
- Leave red wine and glass beer bottles ashore; wine and champagne are permitted

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 5 days before departure for a full refund of charter fees. Within 5 days, charter fees are non-refundable. If the captain cancels for unsafe weather, rescheduling is attempted first; if that is not possible, charter fees are refunded. Vessel unavailability is also eligible for rescheduling or a full refund.

Select your own qualified captain, subject to vessel-owner approval and insurance requirements, or choose from the informational roster of independent, insurance-approved captains in your Captain Services Acknowledgment. Captain and crew services are contracted separately.
Bring food and beverages for your charter. Leave red wine and glass beer bottles ashore; wine and champagne are permitted. Avoid items that may stain the upholstery.
