Cancellation Policy
Cancel up to 7 days before the trip for personal reasons; refunds have a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations less than 7 days before the trip and no-shows are non-refundable. Deposits are refundable for port closures due to weather. Receive a full refund if the trip is canceled because of a boat issue. No refunds after leaving the dock due to seasickness or rough seas.
