Itinerary

1. Supporter Tour: observe chimpanzees in their habitats (60–90 minutes).
2. Lunch Launch: escorted rooftop feeding where guests help feed chimps (30 minutes).

Important details

• Tour requests must be made at least one week in advance and require a $25 non-refundable deposit
• Lunch Launches are not offered from December through February
• Expect walking on gravel with some steep grades
• Access the third-floor Chateau by stairs; the elevator reaches the second floor, followed by 12 steps to the launch pad
• Limited golf carts may be available for visitors needing a driven tour
• Follow the provided directions, as GPS may not lead to the property and there is no street signage
• Expect portable toilets in the parking area as the only restroom facilities
• Prepare for most weather conditions; tours may be canceled when severe weather alerts affect roads or travel
• Watch without touching food if you are not participating in the Lunch Launch
