- Pleasant Harbor entry is not included in the listed price. The gate fee is $10 per vehicle, or $3 per person in vehicles carrying 9 or more passengers. Active-duty military, veterans, firefighters and police officers receive free gate entry with ID.
- Crew gratuity is optional and is not included in the listed price.
- Life jackets are required for children ages 12 and under and are provided.
- Expect all bags and purses to be searched before boarding. Do not bring outside food or beverages, except water in clear, factory-sealed bottles. Reusable water bottles and coolers are not allowed.

- Arrive at least 1 hour before departure to allow time to reach the marina from the parking lot. Boarding begins 30 minutes before departure.
Cancellation Policy
No refunds. Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours' notice. No refunds or credits for no-shows, late arrivals, traffic delays or any other reason. The captain may cancel for extreme weather; cruises are not canceled for rain.
