- Arrive 15 minutes before your lesson
- Physical or mental health conditions require approval from Hawaii Surfing Academy; participation may be declined for safety
- Non-swimmers and young children in group lessons may need to surf separately or one at a time; a private or semi-private lesson may be required
Cancellation Policy
Get a full refund when you cancel at least 48 hours before start. One rebooking is allowed if made at least 24 hours before start; no refunds after rebooking. No-shows, including arrivals 30 minutes late, are charged full price. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. Once a lesson starts, no refund or partial credit is guaranteed if you leave early.
