Important details
- This is a bareboat charter, with the primary charterer assuming temporary possession and control of the vessel
- An independently selected, U.S. Coast Guard-licensed captain is required and contracted separately
- Complete a waiver before boarding; a parent or guardian completes waivers for minors
- Fuel is not included and is charged based on actual usage
- Gratuity for the independently selected captain and crew is customary but discretionary; 15–20% of the charter price is typical and paid directly
- Bring food and beverages if desired, but no red wine or glass beer bottles
- Use lotion sunscreen only; sprays, oils, bronzers, and shimmer products are not permitted
- Go barefoot or wear clean socks onboard

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 5 days before departure for a full refund of charter fees paid to the vessel owner. Within 5 days, charter fees are non-refundable. If the captain cancels for unsafe weather, rescheduling is attempted first; if rescheduling is not mutually possible, charter fees paid to the vessel owner are refunded. If the vessel is unavailable, rescheduling is attempted first; if not possible, charter fees paid are fully refunded.

Yes. As the primary charterer, you independently select and engage a U.S. Coast Guard-licensed captain. You may use your own qualified captain, subject to vessel-owner approval and insurance requirements, or select from an informational roster of insurance-approved captains.
