Cancellation Policy
Cancel 7+ days before: full refund. Cancel less than 7 days but more than 48 hours: 50% deposit kept, 50% refunded. Cancel within 48 hours: full amount charged. Operator may cancel up to 2 hours prior; weather cancellations receive full refunds.
FAQs
Yes. You pay a captain fee on arrival at a rate of $30 per hour. Captain tips are not included and are suggested at 20%.
Bring a photo ID. You can also bring sunscreen, towels, and bathing suits. If you plan to eat or drink onboard, bring ice plus any food and drinks you want, along with any needed cups and plates.
Plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to departure to allow time for parking, check-in, and a safety briefing. The boat departs promptly at the scheduled time and won’t turn around for late groups.
