- Arrive 30 minutes before your rental for loading, paperwork, and safety procedures
- Drivers: Ages 21+ only
- All drivers must complete and pass the approved boater rental safety course
- Drivers born on or after January 1, 1988 must carry a boater safety card and photo ID
- Everyone onboard must sign a waiver before departure
- Bring your own life jacket for children age 2 and under; children 6 and under must wear a life jacket at all times
- Stay within the designated boundary area and at least 1 mile from the mainland shoreline except in marked channels
- Fuel costs are not included in the listed price
- A credit-card processing fee applies
- You are responsible for damage to the boat, motor, equipment, and passengers; insurance is not offered
- A $250 beached-boat charge applies and is not included in the listed price
- Operator-error assistance may incur a $50-per-hour charge
- Bring a fully charged cell phone and keep it on board
- Do not drink and drive, tow boats or people, ski, tube, or leave the boat's railings while in motion
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation deposits are refunded only for all-day rain, high winds, or a small-craft advisory. You may receive a full refund or reschedule for bad weather. For other cancellations, deposits are not refunded. Reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice; deposits are held for 6 months.
