Know before you go
- Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled rental time; your booking begins at the booked time
- The designated driver must be at least 21 years old
- All drivers must complete the required boater safety course before arrival
- Drivers born on or after January 1, 1988 must carry a boater safety card or equivalent with photo ID
- All passengers must sign a waiver before departure
- Bring your own life jacket for children age 2 and under; children age 6 and under must wear a life jacket
- Keep a fully charged cell phone on board and remain within the designated boating boundary
- Fuel costs are your responsibility; clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking

- You are responsible for damage, lost equipment, and your passengers; insurance is not offered
- Do not beach the boat; a $250 charge applies if staff must respond to a boat beached on an outgoing tide

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation deposits are refunded only for all-day rain, high winds, or a Coast Guard small craft advisory; choose a full refund or reschedule. Other cancellations are not refunded. Reschedule at least 48 hours before booking; rescheduling less than 48 hours before forfeits the deposit.
FAQs
Boats are confirmed by size category, not by a specific vessel. Your boat may be switched because of scheduling or maintenance; if the same category is unavailable, you will be upgraded to the next category at no extra charge.
No. You may not ski, tube, tow people in the water, or tow another boat during your pontoon rental.
No fires or grilling are allowed on board. You may bring a grill to cook on an island.
