- Arrive 30 minutes before your rental; your booked time starts as scheduled
- Drivers must be age 21 or older
- All drivers must complete and pass an approved boaters rental safety course
- Drivers born on or after January 1, 1988 need a Florida Boater Safety Card or equivalent and photo ID
- Complete the waiver for everyone onboard before departure
- Bring your own life jacket for children age 2 and under
- Keep children age 6 and under in a life jacket at all times on the boat
- Bring a fully charged cell phone and keep it on while onboard
- Stay within the designated boundary area, follow marked channels, and remain at least 1 mile from the mainland except in marked channels
- Do not bring wheeled coolers, beach the boat, tow boats or people, or operate under the influence of alcohol
- Fuel costs and a credit card processing fee apply and are not included in the listed price
- You are responsible for damage or loss to the boat, motor, equipment, and onboard property; insurance is not offered
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are refunded only for all-day rain, high winds, or a Coast Guard small craft advisory; choose a full refund or rescheduling. For other cancellations, deposits are nonrefundable. Reschedule at least 48 hours ahead, except holiday weekends; otherwise the deposit is lost.

FAQs
Only designated drivers listed on the rental contract may operate the boat. Each driver must be at least 21 and meet the required boating-safety credential rules.
Bring plenty of water and a fully charged cell phone, and take all trash with you when you leave. Do not bring coolers with wheels or sunscreen with bronzer.
Do not use fires or grills on the boat. You may bring a grill to cook out on the island.
