- The charterer must sign the charter agreement, and all guests must sign waivers before boarding
- A $500 security deposit is required on the card on file and is returned if there is no damage or charter credit

Cancellation Policy
Full refund when you cancel at least 5 days before start; 50% refund when you cancel 2–5 days before. No refund within 2 days. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full booking price.
