- This is a bareboat charter; the primary charterer assumes possession and control of the vessel
- A US Coast Guard-licensed captain is required and contracted separately by the primary charterer
- Complete a waiver before boarding; a parent or guardian completes waivers for minors
- Fuel charges based on actual usage apply and are not included in the listed price
- Gratuity is discretionary; 15–20% of the charter price is customary and paid directly to the captain and crew
- Bring food and beverages if desired; no red wine or glass beer bottles
- Use lotion sunscreen only; sprays, oils, bronzers, and shimmer products are not permitted
- Go barefoot or wear clean socks onboard
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 5 days before departure for a full refund. Within 5 days, charter fees are non-refundable. If the captain cancels for unsafe weather, rescheduling is attempted first; if that is not possible, charter fees are refunded. Vessel unavailability follows the same policy.
FAQs
The primary charterer assumes possession and control of Boundless and must separately select and engage a U.S. Coast Guard-licensed captain. You may select an insurance-approved captain from the provided roster or propose your own qualified captain, subject to vessel-owner approval and insurance requirements.
