Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 24 hours before your rental for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows incur the full rental fee. Reschedule at no extra charge, subject to availability. In inclement weather, the operator may reschedule or cancel without penalty. Refunds are processed within 7–15 business days.
