Important details
- Complete the rider agreement sent through DocuSign before participating
- Front rider height requirement: 5'6"–6'4" (167–193 cm)
- Rear rider height requirement: 4'10"–6'4" (147–193 cm)
- Combined rider weight limit: 440 lbs (200 kg) per tandem
- Children under 18 must ride in the rear position
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 31–40 days before: 70% refund. Cancel 16–30 days before: 50% refund. Cancel 0–15 days before: no refund. If the operator cancels and your second or third choice is unacceptable, you receive a full refund minus bank or service charges.
