- Minimum age to rent: 18. Passengers must be ages 6 or older.
- Swimming ability and comfort in and around the water are required.
- Requires the physical ability to enter, exit, balance, and paddle the kayak safely.
- Arrive sober and unimpaired. Alcohol, marijuana, illegal drugs, and other substances that affect safe participation are prohibited.
- Wear closed-toe water shoes; these are required and are not included.
- Wear your fitted life jacket as directed throughout the rental.
- Complete all required waivers and participant information before launch.
- Follow safety instructions, stay within approved areas, and use equipment properly. Keep your distance from wildlife; do not touch, chase, or feed it.
- Launch plans may be delayed or adjusted for unsafe weather, wind, currents, or water conditions.
- Arrive 15 minutes before launch for check-in, life jacket fitting, and orientation.
Cancellation Policy
Over 48 hours: full refund or free rescheduling available. 24–48 hours: 50% refund or one free reschedule available. Under 24 hours: no refund; future credit is discretionary. No-shows: no refund. Late arrivals: no refund, credit or extension. Operator cancellations for unsafe weather, conditions, equipment issues or unforeseen circumstances: full refund, account credit or free rescheduling.
