Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure. Cancellations within 24 hours are nonrefundable, but you may select an alternate date or time within the current season. Full refund if the kayak cannot depart due to weather. No-shows and unused time are nonrefundable.
