Receive a full refund when you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled activity. No refunds are available for cancellations within 48 hours. Rescheduling is available until the day before the activity; same-day rescheduling is not permitted. Late arrivals and no-shows are not refunded or rescheduled.
