Complete the liability waiver before your tour (link in confirmation email). Ages 12+; riders must weigh at least 100 lbs (maximum 300 lbs) and be able to stand unassisted for up to two hours. Closed-toed shoes are required; pregnant participants cannot ride.

Cancel or change at least 72 hours before start time for a full refund. If you purchased Trip Protection, you can cancel up to 1 hour before start time for a full refund (minus Trip Protection cost and booking fees), or reschedule. No-shows are charged the full price.
