- Arrive 15 minutes before your reservation; ranch gates open at that time
- Complete a liability waiver before arrival; riders and spectators must sign
- Ages 8+ only, with a minimum height of 48 inches measured without shoes
- Wine tasting requires a valid photo ID and is for ages 21+
- Weight limit 275 lbs
- Wear long pants or jeans and closed-toe shoes with a low heel
- Minors must be accompanied by an adult and wear a helmet
- No alcohol or intoxication permitted
- Pregnant riders and riders with certain medical conditions or disabilities may not participate
- Ride at a walk only; no trotting or running permitted
Cancellation Policy
Reschedule at no charge up to 24 hours before your reservation; later reschedules incur a $30 fee. No-shows forfeit admission. No cash refunds.
