Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations up to 48 hours before departure. Free rescheduling up to 48 hours before departure. No refund for no-shows or if you arrive after departure. If the captain cancels due to adverse weather, choose to reschedule or receive a full refund. If weather cuts the trip short, a prorated refund may be offered.
