Know before you go
- Arrive 15–20 minutes before your scheduled tour time
- Ages 13+ only for solo riders and drivers
- With two riders, the driver must be at least 18 years old
- Each Rydable has a 400-pound total weight limit
- Complete the required waiver before the tour; a parent must sign for minors
- Avoid alcohol before the tour; intoxicated participants may be refused participation
Cancellation Policy
Tours are nonrefundable. Change your booking free at least 48 hours before your scheduled tour. No-shows and arrivals more than 10 minutes late cannot reschedule or receive a refund. In inclement weather, your tour time may move up to 3 hours earlier or later. If canceled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, your tour will be rescheduled for the next available time.

Optional Trip Protection lets you cancel or reschedule your tour for any reason up to 30 minutes before departure. You’ll be reimbursed for each ticket, less the cost of Trip Protection and processing fees.
