- All ages welcome. Ages 0–3 tickets do not include a meal.
- Bring a valid photo ID and the credit card used for payment. Your ID will be checked at boarding against the name on the card.
- Pleasant Harbor entry is not included in the listed price. You'll pay $10 per vehicle at the gate, or $3 per person in vehicles with 9 or more passengers. Active-duty military, veterans, firefighters and police officers receive free entry with ID.
- Optional gratuities are not included in the listed price and are shared evenly among the captain and crew.
- Dietary and allergy accommodations are limited because food is prepared offsite and served buffet-style.
- Life jackets are required for ages 12 and under.
- No outside food or beverages are allowed, except water in clear, factory-sealed bottles. Leave reusable water bottles, insulated flasks and coolers in your vehicle. Smoking is not allowed on board.
- All bags and purses are searched before boarding.
- Arrive at least 1 hour before departure to allow time to reach the marina from the parking lot. Boarding begins 30 minutes before departure.
Cancellation Policy
No refunds. At least 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule. No refunds or credits for no-shows, late arrivals, or traffic delays. Cruises run in rain but may be cancelled by the captain in extreme weather. You'll be notified immediately of a last-minute cancellation.
