Cancel or reschedule at least 14 days in advance for a refund minus a $100 administrative fee. Cancel more than 30 days in advance for a full refund. No refunds for cancellations within 14 days or no-shows.

Your outing operates rain or shine. In extreme weather, the operator may modify, shorten, or cancel the tour to avoid unsafe conditions or vehicle damage. If they can’t run the excursion due to bad weather, they will provide a full refund or the option to re-book.
