Cancellation policy
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled service can be refunded or rescheduled without penalty. Changes made within 2–7 days may incur a partial fee, while cancellations less than 48 hours before the event or no-shows are subject to the full service charge. In cases of severe weather or emergencies, guests may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
