- Permission from your attending physician is advised before participating during pregnancy.
- Bring ID.
- Work boots are required. Bring your own or rent them on site; the rental charge is not included in the listed price.
- Intentional damage to any area of the building may incur a damage fee of at least $150, separate from the listed price.
- Wear comfortable pants and bring socks if you're renting boots.
- Complete the waiver before arrival.
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled session. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened depending on availability.
