Cancel more than 24 hours before departure for a refund. If the captain cancels for weather or conditions, you'll be refunded that day. Other cancellations are final unless your trip can be moved. Rebooking requires 48 hours' notice, is subject to availability, is nontransferable, and must be used within 12 months of purchase. Higher fares cost extra; lower fares receive no refund of the difference.
