Know before you go
- Arrive 10–15 minutes before departure to allow time for parking
- Complete a waiver for every person in your party before boarding
- Bring food and drinks only in cans or plastic bottles; glass is not allowed
- A valid ID and legal drinking age are required to consume alcohol onboard
- Children ages 6 and under must wear a life vest at all times onboard
- For 7- and 8-person private charters, captain and fuel costs are not included in the listed price: $35 per hour for the captain and $10 per hour for fuel
Cancellation Policy
Cancel up to 72 hours before your reservation for a full refund less booking fees. Reschedule up to 48 hours before your reservation. If weather cancels the cruise and you cannot reschedule, you'll receive a full refund. No refunds or rebooking for cruises canceled or ended early due to behavioral issues.
