- Arrive 10–15 minutes before departure
- Ensure everyone in your party signs the waiver before boarding
- Valid photo ID and legal drinking age are required to consume alcohol onboard

- Children age 6 or younger must wear a life vest at all times; bring your child’s own vest for the best fit if needed
- For 8-person charters, captain and fuel charges are not included in the listed price: $35 per hour for the captain and $10 per hour for fuel
- For 8-person charters, an owner-provided captain operates the vessel; do not operate it yourself
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours before departure for a full refund less booking fees. Reschedule up to 48 hours before departure. Full refund if weather cancels the cruise and you cannot reschedule. No refund or rebooking if canceled or ended early for behavioral issues.

The cruise may depart in light rain, as 80% of the boat is covered. In heavier rain, the captain may wait it out or reschedule. High winds or thunderstorms cancel the cruise.
