    What happens if it rains?
    Tiki Time runs rain or shine; the captain cancels only when conditions are unsafe.

    What is the cancellation window?
    Full refund is available when you cancel at least 24 hours in advance.

    Things to know

    Guests must be 13 or older. The boat carries up to 30 passengers and requires a minimum of eight combined guests to sail. Outside food and drinks are not permitted; restroom damage incurs a fee.

    Cancellation policy

    Full refund when written cancellation is received at least 24 hours before departure (7 days for groups of 10+). Reschedule requests must be made in writing by 10 AM on the day of travel and incur a 5% fee. No refunds or reschedules for no-shows. Operator may cancel tours at any time and will issue a full refund.

    I want to give a shout out to Tiki Time Bay Tours. Donny was amazing to begin with. He "sold" us on the game tour. We were so hesitant, but he assured us it would be fun and he was right. Our captain, Mike, was fun, and entertained us the entire trip Jeff, who drove the boat, was so fun too.he is a former coast guard (thank you for your service) and kept us safe as we navigated the bay among so many other vessels. Safety was always his priority. Ashley, our server and bartender, was always there to ensure we were well taken care of. She made our group feel so special. Together, this team gave us such a wonderful experience. Two hours was definitely not enough time, but we enjoyed every single minute. To be sure, you MUST bring a fun attitude and be willing to participate in the fun and games the provide. If you do, you will not be disappointed. It's a refreshing and entertaining afternoon. Make sure if you're visiting Sand Diego to do the Tiki Time Bay Tours. If you bring a group and are ready to have fun, they will make sure you have the best time on the water. Every one of them is there to make sure you have a great time.
