- This is a bareboat charter; the primary charterer assumes exclusive possession and control of the vessel during the charter
- A U.S. Coast Guard-licensed captain is required and independently contracted by the primary charterer
- Complete a waiver for every adult before boarding; a parent or guardian completes waivers for minors
- Fuel charges apply based on actual usage and are not included in the listed price
- Customary, discretionary crew gratuity of 15–20% of the charter price is not included and is paid directly to the captain and crew
- Bring food and beverages if desired; no red wine or glass beer bottles
- Use lotion sunscreen only; spray sunscreen, oils, bronzers and shimmer products are not permitted
- Wear bare feet or clean socks only onboard

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 5 days before departure for a full refund of charter fees paid to the vessel owner. Within 5 days, charter fees are non-refundable. If the captain cancels for unsafe weather, rescheduling is attempted first; if that is not possible, charter fees paid to the vessel owner are refunded.
