Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 30 days before: full refund less a $50 service charge for trips under $500, or $100 or 10% of the trip cost, whichever is greater, for trips over $500. Cancel within 30 days: 50% refund. No refunds after the trip date. Unsafe weather or conditions: rescheduling is offered; if that is not possible, receive a refund less service charges.
